About The Service Of Process Feature

Service of Process Online Ordering is one of many improvements made possible by recent investments into the ChartSwap suite of services and an important part of our mission to revolutionize the way personal health information (PHI) is transmitted, improving efficiency and reducing costs on both sides of the process.

To successfully implement our new online Service of Process ordering feature, we’ve partnered with CT Corporation – the nation’s largest registered agent – allowing us to offer favorable nationwide rates as well as expedited physical delivery and proof of service.

This feature, which you can find under the “Service of Process” tab in your ChartSwap software, will streamline the SOP workflow – effectively creating a digital ecosystem for tracking SOP data and helping to further streamline the record request process.

While our 90-day pilot is currently limited to the California market, we anticipate that this service will ultimately become available to our nationwide network – allowing users to serve subpoenas anywhere in the country from the centralized convenience of our online platform.
